  1. In case of emergencies, use the contact numbers listed on the sticker.
  2. If you have a water leak, go to the main water shut-off valve in the garage that was pointed out in the walkthrough, or use the cut-off valve in the cabinet or behind the commode at the location of the leak.
  3. If you have an electrical problem: If it is an outlet labeled GFCI, please make sure the GFCI associated with this outlet is not tripped. If it is tripped, please reset. For problems that aren’t GFCI related, please go to the breaker panel in your garage or on the exterior of your home to check the breakers. Sometimes a surge of power from lightning strikes or from the power company can cause breakers to trip. If your breaker is not tripped, please turn off the breaker that is labeled for the area associated with the problem.
  4. If you have an HVAC problem, please check the breakers in the panel box (locations mentioned in the previous electrical statement) to make sure they have not tripped. If the breaker trips, reset it and monitor the system to ensure it continues to run. Sometimes, a surge of power from lightning strikes or from the power company can cause breakers to trip.
  5. All warranty requests, emergency or non- emergency, must be sent to the [email protected] email address.
